theory

Organised sculptures with large openings that allow for communication, passage of light and pedestrian flow between interior and exterior enrich the space with liveliness. The connection and harmony to the environment plays a vital role in the creation of architecture that is alluring.

Both 1 + 2 point perspectives, textures and drafts are located here

moving elements

the moving facade swings open to let light in, the third texture is located on the shelter

the moving ball represents the path of the sun, it is constantly rotating and that is the reason it is placed vertical, as it mirrors the position of the sun moving from east to west

First idea was to connect Squarehouse and Roundhouse.

After realising that the bridge would not be big enough to support all the spaces, I decided to connect the bridge from Squarehouse to Tyree building and the Law building.

The spaces between the columns is a recurring theme throughout the light rail stop, as it allows light and air flow. Each column is individualised and creates rhythm between the interior space and exterior space.
